Does the Job

I bought this for hot flashes and I was willing to try anything. IT WORKS! I turn it on and in less than a minute I have relief. The one drawback is that is really big on my wrist. It's hard to type with it on when I'm working so I have to spin it so it sits on the top of my wrist until I'm ready to use it. But that's just a minor inconvenience.

Worth It to Manage Hot Flashes.

I honestly didn't think the would help, but it really did. I know several people that own one and they love it as well. My Dr. even recognized it and said many of his patients use it. I know one person who uses it because she's always cold, she love it.

Cool gadget... Literally!!

This thing is amazing. It looks like a watch, so it's very discreet. But it's quite effective at relieving hot spells. I don't know how well it works at keeping you warm because it's the middle of summer and I haven't had the chance to try out it's warming capabilities yet. I will say that it feels quite hot on my wrist on the lowest setting because I activated the heating mode by accident when I first wore it. I'll try to update my experience with this during winter use.
