It is fully RGB, with millions of possible color combinations.
Practice meditation
You simply select a session, put on headphones and light stimulation glasses, and then sit back and allow your mind to follow the frequency. The audio engine can create binaural beats and isochronic tones utilizing a variety of audio waveforms, plus pink noise. You can play your favorite affirmation, meditation and other material through the input and the Limina mixes it with the internally synthesized sounds.

Amazing for Exploring Altered States

Effective for Stress Relief and Focus
I bought the Mindplace Limina primarily for stress management and improving my focus at work. After using it for a couple of weeks, I've noticed a significant difference.
