DISCOVER ... AIRTHINGS 2950 WAVE !
Smart radon detector
Airthings 2950 Wave is a smart radon detector with a humidity and temperature sensor. It provides accurate continuous and long-term results straight to your smartphone. Radon is the number one cause of lung cancer among non-smokers and kills more than 6x the number of people than home fires and carbon monoxide poisoning combined. Radon gas fluctuates daily and is highly dependent on many factors such as weather conditions. Long-term monitoring is crucial to take control, understand long-term exposure and minimize potential health effects. Simply wave in front of the monitor to get a color-coded visual indication of the air quality. By waving, the light ring will glow green (healthy), yellow (warning) or red (danger) based on your air quality levels.
Get the results on your smartphone
You can get both long and short term radon results straight to your smartphone via Bluetooth and easily generate a radon report through the Airthings Dashboard. It is battery-powered, smart radon detector which monitors radon gas all year round as well as humidity and temperature. It has Smartlink functionality, meaning it can connect to the Airthings Hub to bring your data online 24/7. You can access detailed data from your devices and analyze your indoor air. In addition to radon, the Wave comes with a humidity sensor and temperature sensor. Avoid mold growth and the increased spread of infectious diseases by keeping healthy indoor humidity levels. Track temperature changes to get the best night’s sleep.
Breathe safely
The device helps you to know that the air you and your family breathe is safe and clean in every room. Take control by understanding your radon levels and ensure they stay low through long term monitoring. Easily get the radon test results straight to your smartphone. If the radon levels are low (<2.7 pCi/L), no action is required and you breathe easy. If they are medium (2.7 - 4 pCi/L), you should keep monitoring and if it persists for +3 months, you should call a mitigation professional. If they are high (>4 pCi/L), you should keep monitoring and follow tips to lower radon levels. If it persists for more than 1 month, you should call a radon professional.
