Friendly Reminder: Please Charge the charging case at least one time every week. If the charging case over-release power, when we plug the charging cable, we find the LED display won't show immediately. Please keep waiting 15 minutes, the LED display will show later.
After a period of time, the earbuds don't charge or even can't turn on because of an oxidized magnet connector; you can handle this problem by using an alcohol rag to clean the magnet connector on the earbuds and charging case.
Does only one earbud play sound?
If you just received the earbuds, please don't open your mobile phone's Bluetooth first; we need to get twin earbuds paired with each other first. Otherwise, only one earbud connects to your mobile. When only one connects to your mobile, we can see the LED indicator of one workable light off, and another one still flashes blue and red; alternatively, after a while, it will shut off; at this time it is easy for us to think another one is not workable.
How to pair with mobile?
Empty the Bluetooth list of mobile phones, then turn off the Bluetooth of mobile phones. When both earbuds have power, take them out from the charging case, and the LED indicator of one earbud flashes blue slowly, and the LED indicator of another earbud flashes red and blue alternatively, that means "both earbuds are got paired with each other successfully," then open the Bluetooth of your phone to search T17 to connect.
How to reset?
Empty the Bluetooth list of mobile phones, then turn off the Bluetooth of mobile phones. Quick press four times on the silver button of each earbud, that means left four times, right four times. So that the previous pairing memory is cleared.
