It helps me to lose weight

I am extremely satisfied with it. It has allowed me to lose some weight. I even find that when I sit down, my posture stays straight. Plankpad offers an intriguing mix of fun and athleticism. After watching my exploits, even my youngest children participate.

I don't know it's so fun to make sport

This machine is really great. Not only do I get a great workout, but I also have fun. On its app, there are many activities to play with and vary the workouts. It improves my motivation to work out, since I am really lazy. And it helps to get results faster.
