The Polar Verity Sense has an optical sensor that provides real-time insight into how your body is reacting during your workouts with your heart rate data. The device is Bluetooth and ANT+ enabled so you can link it to the Polar Flow app or any compatible sports apps on your smartphone or connected watches including, Fiit,Wahoo Fitness, RideWithGPS, Apple Fitness Plus, Cyclemeter, Nike Running, Runstatic and more. The device has a built-in memory that can store up to 600 hours of training so that you can via your data be aware of your performance but also your progress. It can support up to 2 connected mobile devices so you or your coach can see all the data at once.
