The PocketBook Touch HD 3 is equipped with a range of premium features for comfortable reading. The E-Ink Carta non-glare touch screen with HD resolution (1072 x 1448) and 300 DPI ensures a sharp and contrasting image as in a printed book. Additional audio features allow for true multimedia enjoyment. The eReader supports MP3 format and has Bluetooth for connecting wireless headphones or for pairing with the car radio. This makes it easy to listen to audiobooks or music, even while playing. With the text-to-speech feature that converts text to spoken language, the e-reader reads any text file in one of the supported formats. With a built-in layer sensor, it is possible to read your books in landscape format. In addition, Touch HD 3 is IPX7 certified and therefore protected against temporary immersion.

Display quality
The Pocketbook Touch HD 3 has a non-reflective E Ink Carta screen with light color and brightness adjusted by SMARTlight, it is a 6-inch screen with a resolution of 1440X1080 and 300 DPI offering for readers a front illumination for better reading in low light environments. It has a color temperature system that warms the screen. With a Dual Core processor of 2.1 GHZ, it offers a very good fluidity and guarantees a clear and high contrast image as in a printed book. The Touch HD 3 lists all the books you've added, and the touch screen allows you to select books or navigate easily through all the tablet's options.
Supported Format
It supports mp3 and m4b audio formats, so you can listen to your audio books. It also has a Text-to-Speech function that converts text to voice and allows the e-reader to read aloud any file or text from the formats supported by the device. You can read a wide range of eBook formats: PDF, PDF(DRM), EPUB, EPUB(DRM), DJVU, FB2, FB2.ZIP, DOC, DOCX, RTF, PRC, TXT, CHM, HTM, HTML, MOBI, ACSM. Design
The device embeds the Bluetooth function to connect headphones remotely and listen to music or audio books but also the Wifi connectivity to directly download all the data on the internet. The Touch HD is IPX7 compliant which allows it to survive complete immersion for about 30 minutes and against liquid splashes. It offers 16GB of internal storage and 512MB of RAM with a position sensor that allows for landscape or portrait reading. It has a rechargeable battery via its USB port that allows a great average autonomy of 720 hours for a full recharge, ideal for enjoying your favorite books on vacation, on public transport and more.
