Love this product!

I’ve been using the Elvie for a few months now in preparation for giving birth to my first child, & I can definitely tell the difference! The app works brilliantly & the ‘games’ are a great way of working through the exercises & seeing how you have improved each time. The Elvie itself is small, compact, smooth & very easy to use. I would recommend this product to any woman, no matter what stage of life they are at!
