    The Core Premium provides guided meditation with gentle vibrations and lights to help you focus and guide your breathing. It has ECG sensors that collect pulse and heart rate variability or HRV data to measure the benefits of each session on your body. The 30 sensor points allow you to focus completely on your breathing until you feel calm, relaxed and peaceful. It has three different breathing patterns, so you can easily track your breaths in meditation. It is a great device for everyone from teenagers to adults and seniors.

    It has an app that is compatible on Android and IOS devices and allows you to navigate through the different tabs that are offered including Core Studio, Guided, Breath Training and Sound and Music. The app also allows you to view a usage history with traces of all your sessions on graphs of your performance every day and over a period of two weeks. With the premium mode you can have meditation guides that are added daily, meditations for better sleep quality, be connected with a diverse team of expert instructors and receive original music sessions from new artists.

    The Core Essential is a small orb-shaped device that fits perfectly in the palm of your hand for ergonomic use. It has a two-color design with a natural wood base and a plastic top with a modern finish. It comes with a USB charging stand that allows you to charge the device just by putting it on. It fits easily in your bag for use in the office, at home and also on the go.

    I have been wanting to do a meditation course for a long time. A friend of mine suggested this device for a home meditation as I have no free time. I am now in my best shape thanks to Core. I love that the app has meditation guides, perfect for me as a beginner. For those of you who want peace of mind, I would recommend purchasing this device.

    I installed this device in my office so that I can be quiet while I work. It is really efficient. Since I have been using it, I feel much better. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I had trouble with the application, it is not mentioned in the instructions.

    For some time now, I have not been able to sleep like I used to. So I decided to buy this device to test if it really works as described. After two days of use, there were already some improvements. The installation and configuration was very easy for me. I invested my money for something useful.
