Another Excellent CircuitMess Product

Firstly, I have to say the instructions that come with this are the best we’ve ever had for anything, hands down! You can’t fail at getting this right. It states this is a 11+, which I would agree with however there will be times when adult supervision is required, such as when you solder the parts into the PCB- please note that the solder does not come with this. It advised to allow 4 hours to build, it took my 11 year old some 2 hours with supervision and a bit help here and there from dad. Once built he has enjoyed making his own music and has definitely improved with practice. Good starting point for kids interested in making music.

Cool little mixer, fun project

My son is a little too young to be soldering on his own so we did this project together and I took care of all of those aspects but it was a lot of fun regardless. He enjoyed helping me put it together and he has been having a blast with it now completed. I think all the extra effort that went into building it gave him a sense of pride and ownership with the end result.
