Brightsign LS424 is a box that connects to your network via its Ethernet port and to your display via an HDMI port, it supports various video and audio formats and has various inputs to facilitate its function. It has the Bluetooth function allowing it to be controlled directly on your smartphones and also B-Deploy and AutoWall functions.
Supported format
The Brightsign LS424 connects to your networks via an Ethernet cable and plays back H.265 and 1080p video at 60 frames per second. It supports playback of 4K content and supports 10-bit color and high dynamic range. The device also supports HTML5 and provides you with various content development tools including JavaScript, CCS animations, transitions, WebGL and more. It also allows playback of Mjpeg files and supports IP audio streaming for public internet streaming.
Connectivity
The unit has several inputs including an Ethernet input for connectivity but also serves as a power supply for the unit. An HDMI port for real time streaming to your TVs, a USB C port, an SD card slot with SDHC storage for expansion up to 32GB and SDXC storage up to 2TB. It also has an analog stereo audio input, a Wi-Fi external antenna connector and a reset and service button. The device also has Bluetooth technology that allows you to control it directly via your smartphones whether on IOS or Android.
Multifunction
The LS424 features B-Deploy, allowing you to configure and deploy a multitude of players at the same time. It eliminates the need to save installation files to an SD card and duplicate the SD card for each player on the network. It also features AutoWall, which harnesses the power of HTML5 to easily create unique multimedia video walls.

Small but Mighty!
Don't let the size fool you, this little BrightSign LS424 packs a punch! I'm using it to power a video wall in our office lobby, and the BrightWall feature is amazing. Synchronizing the playback across multiple displays was surprisingly easy. Very impressed with the performance and reliability.
