Great for balance and posture!
I bought this primarily as a balance board to improve my posture and stability. The Plankpad Studio has been fantastic! I can feel my deep muscles working, and my motor coordination has definitely improved. The app is a nice bonus, and the different exercises keep things interesting. It's a great addition to my home gym. I also appreciate the walnut finish; it looks great!
