The Hyperice X device may need to be plugged in before first use. It takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge the battery when the device is plugged in and not in use. The LED Charging light on your device will turn solid green indicating charging is complete. The battery will provide power for approximately 60-90 minutes of continuous use. App controlled - Cold or hot in 60 seconds - Patented temperature control
Using the device on the maximum heat or cold setting requires more power and may possibly shorten the battery life during your usage treatment. Please note that you can use your Hyperice X while it's plugged in to the charging power cord. If needed, Factory Reset your device by plugging it into the charger and then holding down the power button for 10-12 seconds.
