Smart Hub
The Broadlink RM mini 3 consists of a transmitter and a 38kHz infrared receiver that allows 360 degree broadcasting. It is a device that allows you to remotely connect all entertainment and home automation devices directly to your smartphone. It supports over 80,000 IR controlled devices including your TV, set-top box, DVD, AC, audio, PVR, etc. It has the ideal voice command function to control all your connected objects just by voice using Google assistant, Amazon Alexa or IFTTT.
Application
It has an application to manage all objects that uses infrared technology, your phone becomes a universal remote control. With BroadLink Global Cloud technology, it becomes easy and reliable to remotely control your home devices from anywhere. From your office you can activate the air conditioner, display the camera in your child's room, activate the cleaning of the house with the connected vacuum cleaner, create a timer and the scene you need.
Connectivity
It uses 2.4GHz wifi connectivity and does not work with Bluetooth technology. The RM Mini 3 supports only WiFi passwords of less than 32 bytes, no spaces or special symbols, only the alphabet and numbers from 0 to 9, and is powered directly from your power outlet with a USB cable.

Works Great, Minor WiFi Hiccup
The Broadlink RM Mini3 is a neat little gadget. I love that I can control my AC from my phone, especially when I'm away from home. Setup was pretty straightforward, but I did have a bit of trouble with my WiFi password at first (it had a special character). Once I changed it, everything worked perfectly. The device database is extensive; it recognized all my devices immediately. Recommended!
