Put on the cuff
With your back supported and feet firmly on the ground, use the two-finger rule to fit the comfortable cuff to your arm. (Size: 8 3/4" -16 1/2")
Press Start
Once the cuff is secure, push the large stop/start button. Quick Inflate Technology will start measuring as soon as the cuff starts to inflate.
Automatically Sync
The Bluetooth Blood Pressure Monitor automatically sends data from the device to our secure Balance Health App.
