Image quality
The Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight lets you monitor what's going on outside your home in great resolution thanks to a lens that offers a wide 160° viewing angle. It has an automatic image correction function that allows you to reduce the fisheye effect. The device embeds a light plate that allows you to intensely illuminate your property with 2000 lumens and at 3000 lumens using an external magnetic charging cable requiring an additional purchase. Thanks to the light plate you can see in total darkness while having color images. The cameras have a built-in microphone and speaker that provide clear sound and allow two-way communication with anyone outside. They also include a motion detection function with powerful AI that can recognize objects and distinguish between a human and a tree branch.
Application
Whenever a camera detects motion, it sends you an instant notification on your smartphone via the app available on Android and IOS. With the app, you have the ability to stream in real time from your office, your room through wifi connectivity. You can also be notified whenever motion is detected and trigger an alarm siren automatically or manually to keep unwanted guests away. The Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight works with Alexa, Apple HomeKit, Google Assistant or SmartThings for easy control.
