Always with me

After work, I like to use Re-Timer. I use it for about 60 minutes or so. I feel so relaxed afterwards. It is light and portable. So I can carry it with me everywhere.

Luminotherapy really works

It is a great device. It uses the technology of luminotherapy. I was a little skeptical at first. But fortunately they do not affect my vision. I was able to overcome my many sleep disorders.

First results after 48h

These are easy to use glasses. They are really effective. I was almost discouraged after the first use. But I noticed the results after two nights. It still has a great autonomy, and when the battery is low you can charge it with the cable that comes with it.
