Infrared counting
People counter consists of a receiver and a transmitter that are installed opposite each other and transmit an invisible infrared beam. When the beam is interrupted, the counter gets triggered and counts every visitor interrupting the infrared beam. The visitor counter is intended for indoor use. It is great for malls, libraries and events. The visitor counter uses infrared ray interruption technology, which provides accuracy over 95% and stability in case of minor changes in lighting conditions.
Custom device
You can reset the display with a magnetic key that comes with the device. You just have to bring the key closer to the right side of the receiver and hold for 3 seconds. It allows you to have a very custom device to count exactly the way you want to. The counter works with batteries that can be bought anywhere, which is great if you’re organising events in different locations. The device is installed using supplied sticky plates or special holes in the device body which is very easy to install and allows it to be used right away without any tools. The device is powered by 4x1.5V AAA alkaline battery non included and with a new set of batteries inserted, the operational life exceeds one year.
Great sensitivity
The device is perfect for wide passages with a sensitivity up to 20 ft / 6 m. The receiver which is the infrared sensor allows you to achieve an accuracy of more than 98% with a standard width of the passage. You just have to place the transmitter on the opposite side so that they can transmit the infrared beam. The keychain for resetting count value back to zero is perfect to control and to protect the device from an accidental reset. You have full control of the device and can place it where you want with the powerstrips that are adhesive strips which make the installation of the device extremely easy.
