The Med-E-Lert allows you to efficiently manage your pill intake with an automatic dispensing function, it offers 28 compartments for up to 28 days capacity and 6 dosing rings to organize daily, weekly and even monthly regimens. The compartment carousel rotates on itself and provides notification through a flashing red LED and a 3-tone alarm with a silent mode that can be set up to 6 times a day. The audible and visual alarms will sound for 30 minutes or until the Med-E-Lert is dispensed of its contents.

I loved the design of this pillbox, I think it's pretty original. It's perfect for my tons of medications, I couldn't have asked for anything better, with the price tag to boot. I don't have to remember when to take my pills anymore, Med-E-Lert alerts me at the right time. I love how easy it is to use and set up. I recommend it 100%.
This dispenser is perfect for our grandmother who suffers from memory loss. She can now take her medication normally, and we don't have to worry about it anymore. Med-E-Lert works very well, exactly as described. We just had trouble with the instructions, they are not specific enough, we opted for the YouTube videos. But once you know how to program it, it works very well.
We bought this pillbox for our mother who has trouble remembering if she has taken her medication or not. Med-E-Lert is just perfect because it alerts her when she needs to take her medication and delivers the right medication. It is very easy to use, we only taught her once and she is already getting used to it after the second use. This box prevents our mother from taking too much or too little medication.
