So Far It's Great!

I only said "so far" because you just never really know with something electronic until it's been running for a while, but so far I love this thing. Very easy to set up, and when I had an issue because of the wiring of our Heat Pump, support was great and had me fixed is a short while. They knew exactly what was going on and why, and how to quickly change it to fix the issue. Great integration with our Alexa systems which is great, because I am automating our home using Alexa. Lights, security system with cameras, TV's, etc., etc..

Nice thermostat and great Installation Instructions

I've only had the thermostat operational for 24 hours, but I wanted to pass on how easy the installation was and how simple the thermostat is to use. Prior to ordering, I researched different smart thermostats and read many "C-Wire: Yes or No" discussions. I dreaded removing my old non-Wifi thermostat and discovering I did not have the C-Wire. And I didn't. However, as a retired process writer, I found the installation instructions booklet refreshingly well written and illustrated. No C-wire? No problem. The instructions walked me through installing the provided Power Extender Kit (PEK) at the furnace.

A"Smart" Thermostat That Works!

This thermostat effectively maintains home comfort while optimizing energy savings. Installation was simple, and the app is user-friendly. It quickly adapts to your home's cooling needs, adjusting temperatures based on your preferences. I've set a +1-degree swing, which ensures the AC runs for 20-30 minutes, unlike my old thermostat that frequently switched on and off, possibly damaging my AC compressor. Surprisingly, this thermostat also reduced my home's humidity by 15%, keeping it around 40%, making the environment noticeably more comfortable. I never realized a thermostat could impact humidity so significantly.
