How do I start and end an exercise correctly?
Press the button on the Sensor - the led color switches to yellow (like a traffic light)
Go into the actual starting position and wait for the green light (you already need to have lifted the weight out of the rack - if you do not start in the actual starting position you will probably get a message "wrong execution")
Start the movement
End the movement and press immediately the Sensor button again to stop the set.
Where should I wear the Sensor?
The smartphone shows you (exercise information screen) where you should position the Sensor.
Sensor position upper arm: For most of the upper body exercise (e.g. Bench Press, Rowing, Lateral Raise, Crunches, Hyperextensions)
Sensor position lower arm: Only for Bizepscurls & Trizepsextension
Sensor position thigh: For most of the leg exercises (e.g. Squats, Leg Press, Lunge, Deadlift, Hipextension, Hipflexion)
Sensor position lower leg: Only for Leg extension, Leg Curl, Hip Rotation
Sensor position hand: Only for Wrist Curl & Wrist Extension
Sensor position foot: Only for Calf Raise & Tibia Raise
