How does the NightWave Sleep Assistant work?

Is NightWave effective for children?
Yes, in fact, many of our parents purchased NightWave for themselves and later learned that they needed a second and third for their children. Children often find NightWave comforting when going to bed. The mode is too short and I feel rushed. What should I do?
Try the longer 25-minute mode 4. Its breathing rhythm is slower.
My NightWave makes my room too bright. What can I do?
We recommend placing your NightWave further away from your bed if it too bright when positioning near your sleeping location.
My NightWave no longer works. What do I do?
