How does it work
Awair measures the indoor air quality by reading five data points in the air: Temperature, Humidity, CO2, VOCs and Dust. It then analyzes their aggregate levels to determine the air quality of a specific space and assign an Awair Score on a 0 to 100 color-coded scale. 0 being poor air quality and 100 being awesome.
Set your preferences
Awair is smart. It learns from your habits and lifestyle preferences. Simply tell Awair what matters to you most, such as allergies, sleep or productivity. It will track daily air quality levels in a given room and give you recommendations to help change your behavior, based on what’s important to you.
Made from natural materials
We have carefully selected and handcrafted high quality North American walnut timber. Each unit is made of 100% toxin-free natural materials.
Simple, yet Informative
Awair uses a familiar color scale to help you understand your air quality at a glance. The five key factors are also represented using this scale.

Can Awair detect mold?
By tracking particles in the air, VOC levels, and humidity levels, we're able to help warn when mold might be growing. We can alert you through the app as well as provide recommendations for how to avoid mold growth in your home.
Why doesn't my CO2 reading go below 400ppm?
The minimum level of CO2 that exists in the Earth’s atmosphere is slightly above 400ppm. This is the observed outside value of CO2.
Our CO2 sensor assumes 400ppm to be the lowest background level as that's the outdoor CO2 baseline level. Humans inside building tends to be the major source of CO2. When a building is unoccupied for 4 to 8 hours, CO2 levels tends to drop to outside background levels.
How does Awair help with eczema?
Chemicals and toxins (known as VOC’s) in your air are especially bad for people with eczema. People with eczema have extremely sensitive skin and these VOCs can cause flare-ups. Additionally, very humid air can cause eczema flare-ups as well. Awair helps track both humidity and VOC levels to make sure your air stays safe and healthy.
