Fitdays Connect Bamboo is a connected scale that recharges using a USB cable. It precisely and completely analyzes your body composition thanks to its 4 high-tech electrodes which take into account BMI, body fat, water percentage (water mass) and muscle and bone mass. It includes 13 indicators in total. Connected to the Fitdays application, it allows automatic data synchronization with your smartphone thanks to the Bluetooth connection. The Fitdays application allows you to follow the daily evolution of all your parameters so that you can adapt your diet and your physical activities.

Green Power USB technology works without any battery thanks to the USB recharging technology and recharges in 3 hours for an autonomy of 6 months (500 weighings). Great Scale, Even Better App!
I've tried other smart scales before, but the Little Balance Connected really stands out because of the FITDAYS app. The data synchronization is seamless, and I love how it tracks all 13 indicators. I'm an athlete, so the athlete mode is a must-have for me. The bamboo top is also a nice touch – feels much nicer than cold glass. Very happy with my purchase!
