What do the lights (LEDs) mean?
Red: The device is disconnected.
Green: The device has connected successfully
Blue: The device is searching for network.
My device will not connect.
If you turn on your device and a red LED light appears, this is indicating that your device cannot connect to the cell phone network. If could also be caused by the following problems:
1. SIM card slot has been damaged.
2. The SIM card has not been installed appropriately.
3. The data is running out on your SIM card.
4. Your SIM Card has no money allocated to it.
Do I need to purchase something after I receive my device?
Each Paby device comes with a SIM card installed, however you need to activate it by purchasing a Network Service Fee. You can purchase your plan through the Paby App.
I have multiple pets; can I share the device between my animals?
Yes, this is possible. With multi-device management, Paby allows you to create multiple pet profiles within our app. Family and friends may also track your pet by scanning your devices QR code and approving their access request.
Can multiple people or devices share a Paby to track the same pet?
Yes. The owner (administrator) of the device can share access. The recommended way to set this up is for one person to install the app and scan the administrators QR code from within the application.
