Amazing product, amazing customer service and excellent ROI if you have remote workers or conduct business meetings via videoconference. The product itself is about the cutest piece of office equipment you will ever see. But it's more than a pretty face. The sound tracking camera and 360 degree capability will make you (and your staff) hoot with delight.
Our organization has loved our Owls! We started with the original in every one of our remote offices, and then just recently updated all of them to the Owl Pro. The upgraded speaker & mic, as well as pan & scan to hone in on the individual speaker, make a huge improvement to what was already a great product.
We love our Owl Pros-- the simplicity, the 360 perspective, and video/audio quality. Since receiving them 10 days ago, they have been used all across Canada in different locations. They are relatively light for travel (airport security personnel are presently surprised to hear about the functionality of the Owl Pros) They are also not intrusive in meetings.
