How do I migrate content from my existing Hue Bridge to my new Hue Bridge Pro?
Once you onboard your Hue Bridge Pro via the Hue app, you’ll be prompted to migrate content from your existing Bridge. You can also perform this migration later via Settings > Bridges. Detailed demo videos are available for guidance.

Can I migrate multiple Bridges to my Hue Bridge Pro?
Currently, only one bridge can be migrated automatically. For additional bridges, you may choose to keep them separate or manually move content and devices to the Hue Bridge Pro.

What devices will be migrated automatically?
Automatically migrated devices include Hue lights, plugs, switches, sensors, cameras, doorbells, and chimes. Friends of Hue switches will have settings transferred and helpful app guidance will assist with reconnection.

What devices will not be migrated or supported?
Non-Hue Zigbee 3.0 compatible lights and switches require manual reconnection following manufacturer instructions. Devices not supporting Zigbee 3.0 or SmartLink are not compatible with the Hue Bridge Pro.
