Alerts
The system will indicate colors according to the nature of the problem. The display on the control panel will turn red to indicate low battery power. You will need to change the batteries. If there is a lack of water, the pumping is automatically stopped and a continuous beep will indicate that you need to add water. The beep can be stopped by pressing any key on the control panel.
Power supply
The irrigation system operates on 4 long-lasting AA batteries or a micro USB power supply. For indoor operation, the USB cable will do all the work continuously. The system's pump is battery operated for plug-free use on a balcony, in the office or outdoors. A plus to this system is that once programmed, the settings are automatically saved in the internal memory. This way, there is no need to reprogram the timer even if the power is turned off.
Watering Program
You can set your own watering program. The system offers 2 program settings for the timer: an hour mode that varies from 1 to 12 hours and a day mode that varies from 1 to 30 days that can water up to 10 potted houseplants. The controller is very easy to use, as you simply set your own watering program with the touch of a button. You can customize the number of times per day and the duration of watering. The system will then automatically water the pots at the scheduled time.
