These devices are easy to use, you just have to connect the cables to the electrodes and then to the Bluetens, choose on the application the program that suits you, place the electrodes on the parts to be treated and activate the devices thanks to a single button located on each device. They fit easily into your bags and pocket, use Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity and have a rechargeable battery via USB cable and each offers a battery life of 5 hours for a full charge, ideal for use at home, in gyms etc. They come with 4 rectangular electrodes, 8 square electrodes, 4 electrode cables of different sizes and a carrying case.

Effective Pain Relief and Muscle Toning
I bought the Bluetens Duo Sport primarily for back pain relief, but I've also been using it for muscle toning.
